Early Bird gets the stoke, big sunrise energy and the smiles of a group run. Starting May 21st RRC will be hosting a monthly morning run up Red Top to the top of Red Mtn. Bring a friend, run at your own pace, push yourself with others or turn around when it suits you. This run is about enjoying the early morning trails and (hopefully) later in the season grabbing a coffee afterwards.

Hey RRC’ers! Our friend is offering a guided trail camp in Waterton National Park. Waterfalls, emerald lakes, and some of the best alpine ridgelines in North America.
Come hang for 6 days of guided trail running, campfires, laughter, lake swims, and huckleberry pie in one of the lesser traveled corners of Waterton National Park in the Canadian Rockies. We’ll share some of our favorite trails with you, ranging from 15-30+km per day, that we’ve hand picked over many seasons of visiting the area, and make sure the coffee is hot every morning to get you started.
