Looking to start your summer off on the right foot? Join us at Anchor Equestrian in Brookfield, PEI, on May 10th and/or 11th where we’ll be offering a Handling Anxiety workshop and a Problem Solving clinic!
May 10th will be an in-person Handling Anxiety workshop by Della LeClair, MSW, RSW, CCC. This 5 hour workshop provides the understanding and skills needed to handle any anxiety that shows up whether it’s yours, your horse’s, or even your anxiety about your horse’s anxiety! The cost for this workshop is $150/person and could be eligible for coverage under most private health plans.
On May 11th, you and your horse are invited to a Problem Solving clinic with Sam Doucette. Problems are learning opportunities! Wherever you feel stuck with your relationship with your horse, Sam has the skills and years of experience to help you through. Trailering? Pushiness? Spookiness? Transitions? Obstacle issues? Sam has got you covered! Cost for this clinic is $100, stall included (bring your own hay and bedding).
You have the option to take one day or both! We do recommend that if your “problem” involves anxiety that you start with the workshop, and Della will be available all weekend to help with the anxiety part.
To hold your spot, we require a deposit of 50% of your fees, with the total due by May 1st.
