Today we’ve got the seated chest press movement! Great for building strength and size in the chest. Focus on keeping your shoulder blades pulled back, feet planted firmly on the floor, and press the handles forward in a controlled motion. Focus on squeezing your chest at the end of each rep and avoid slamming the weights on the way back.

One of the best machines for building strong quads, while still getting deep range of motion and constant tension through the whole movement… Translation: your legs will be questioning your life choices tomorrow

A few tips:
• keep your feet planted and drive through the mid foot
• control the lowering phase - don’t just drop into it
• full depth = full quad burn 🔥
