Class is regularly Tuesday’s at 6pm and then we did an impromptu second class at 7pm!.
Love seeing my OG’s bringing new friends and so many new friends coming from just these posts!.
I will post an event soon for next weeks class!

Things to know about B&G

✅It’s for all ages and fitness stages
✅It’s for women only
✅You need to have a fun attitude and a willingness to be silly
✅I rent space from Total Rhythm Dance Studio

✅We rent space from Total Rhythm Dance Studio Studio in Carleton Place.
✅It’s $10 plus tax to drop in
✅It’s women only
✅ Suitable for all fitness stages and ages!
