This morning I’m attending Pelvic Health for Female Athletes Across the Lifespan, a seminar hosted by Greater Purpose & RX Physio right here in Camrose. As a personal trainer, I’m always seeking ways to deepen my understanding and better support the women I work with—through every stage of life and movement.

Pelvic health is foundational to strength, confidence, and long-term wellness. I’m excited to learn, connect, and bring back insights that will help my clients feel strong, safe, and empowered in their bodies.

💙 My sons are my daily reminder that taking care of myself isn’t optional — it’s essential. When I choose movement, nourishment, and consistency, I’m choosing a future where I can keep up with their energy, be present for their milestones, and show them what strong, healthy living looks like.

They deserve the healthiest, happiest version of me — and I deserve her too.
These boys are my “why,” my motivation, and my daily reminder that taking care of myself is one of the greatest gifts I can give them.

Here’s to leading by example, building a life full of strength and joy, and being present for every milestone, every laugh, every adventure.

One of my clients is teaming up with a friend to make it happen! This is a great way to incorporate more movement into your daily routine, especially if you have a job that involves a lot of sitting. Feel free to complete the squats at your own pace.
