Strength, control, and flow at the barre ✨

Triple en cloche brush into front and back attitude — combining momentum, balance, and control through every swing.

The leg moves through three swings before holding the final attitude on “three,” creating a moment of strength and stability. This exercise challenges the core and lower back while building coordination, posture, musicality, and fluidity.

Small weights, big burn.
Upper body strength the Ballet Beats® way.

Slide 1 — Directional Reaches
4 reaches to the upper corner, fully extending the arm, then bending in to engage the triceps.
4 reaches forward—same movement, new direction.
Repeat on the other arm.
Slide 2 — Punches
Single, single, double punches forward with a slight hinge through the upper body.
Stay grounded through the core while the arms move with precision and power.
Slide 3 — Pull + Lengthen
Pull weights to the armpits, elbows wide at shoulder level.
Extend down, then lift straight arms to the sides and lower.

Core work - intentional, controlled, and deeply effective!
It’s not about how fast you move—it’s about how well you connect.
This Ballet Beats®️ core series is all about building deep, supportive strength through controlled, intentional movement. With arms gently supporting behind the head, we focus on engaging the core while moving through three progressive variations:
• Butterfly to extend — from butterfly, the legs lengthen up toward the ceiling as the upper body lifts, then both lower with control in one smooth, connected motion.
• Pulse & lengthen — legs long and pointed, upper body lifted into small, powerful pulses.
• Hold & connect — finding stillness with legs extended and core fully engaged.

Move with awareness, breathe through each rep, and feel the strength build from the inside out.
