Our pro shop provides stringing service, racquets, tennis clothing and shoes, and there’s great food available in our fully licensed lounge. Aforza is THE club in Calgary for competitive juniors, with excellent opportunities for tournament play. We’ve produced six national junior champions — more than any other club in Alberta — and we love tennis so much, we've hosted more than half the indoor tournaments in Calgary over the past 40 years! Formerly The Tennis Academy, our new name, Aforza, is jam packed full of meaning. It comes directly from the Italian word for strength — forza — and is also inspired by effervescence, which means vivacious, enthusiastic, and bubbly. Bubbly, of course, representing our iconic dome facility that is known as “the bubble”. The name is strong and sporty, but fun — just like us!
