Coach Zoe 💖

🤸‍♂️Why the fitness industry:
I grew up spending all my time in the gym as a competitive gymnast, and I am still in love with the sport. I had to quit gymnastics when we moved to Saudi Arabia, but I found new joys in cheerleading, swimming, dancing, and CrossFit. I love being active, and I’m up to trying any new sport or physical activity! I love group fitness for the energy, connection, and motivation from other members and the coaches.

🤸‍♂️About me:
During the day you’ll find me hanging out with my two kids and family, baking sourdough, and coaching gymnastics, and at night I work as a Registered Nurse at the Foothills NICU.

🤸‍♂️Favourite F45 workout:
Bears! I love the fast pace and intense work that comes with it. And Seoul Rush- anything with extra core work is a winner for me!

🤸‍♂️Fun fact:
I haven’t competed as a gymnast for 15 years, but I am still pretty good at handstand walking 😆

Grab your crew and get ready to put your teamwork, strategy, and fitness to the test. 💪🔥

On Saturday, June 20, you’ll take on a 60-minute team workout across 3 epic zones:
⚡ Engine — cardio and conditioning
🏋️ Lift Off — strength and power
🔥 AMRAP — hybrid fitness and teamwork

Teams of 3 will battle through each zone, earning points, chasing bonus opportunities, and putting their strategy to the test every step of the way.
