Our Surfskate’s use asymmetrical design to allow for 3x more turning then an ordinary skate truck. The Z-Smooth wheels are perfect for the dgrip and slide needed for a Surfskate allowing sharp and tight turns and enough slide to throw the tail.

THE DESIGN
The Banana Train Series is a representation of the Mystery Island ride at the end of the P.O.P (Pacific Ocean Pier) of Venice Beach, and takes influence from on-trend tropical patterns. The Banana train exotic veneers emulate 'ie tōga mats seen in pacific island cultures such as Samoa to truly embody the Tiki feel that was seen on the Mystery Island ride.

Our Z-Flex Surfskate’s all utilize patented Waterborne Technology to provide amazing turning potential. The Z-Flex Surfskate’s deliver the tightest turns that will never bight and provide responsiveness that allows for amazing speed generation.

Built For Strength
Waterborne have designed the Adapter for the most aggressive surf-skaters in the world. Tested under forces of up to 1500 lbs, far more than any rider could exert.
The aluminum alloy used has elasticity, originally intended to make the Adapter more durable, but also added a layer of suspension between the rider and the ground.

🛹 SUNDAY SESSION at Next Level Skateboard Shop! 🛹

Thijs came in with a goal — he wanted to work on ollieing out of a manual, so that’s exactly what we worked on! 🔥

He also added a Manual Shove-It out, then warmed up by ollieing over a box of boards.

After that, we took the session to Mike Goodwin’s awesome metal curb! Board slides down, board slides up, and plenty of good skating along the way. 🤘

Love seeing the progression and the willingness to work on new tricks. Keep putting in the work, Thijs!

Riley got REALLY creative with this one! 🤘

He picked up one of our blemish boards and decided to think completely outside the box. He cut sections out of the deck to make room for some big 58mm or 60mm wheels, mounted the trucks on top with some extra-long bolts, and turned it into a LOW RIDER skateboard! 🔥🛹

We love seeing this kind of creativity and adventurous spirit. Skateboarding has always been about experimenting, building something different, and trying new things — and Riley definitely took that to heart!

Don’t be afraid to think outside the box and make something your own.
