Belize Rugby Football Union and its Governing Board is a voluntary organisation whose remit is to develop, encourage and promote participation by men, women and children in rugby, throughout the stunning country of Belize. The sport was introduced as an alternative social and sports activity for the youth of Belize, for whom there exists little encouragement to avoid street gangs and a life influe

nced by criminal gangs and broken families. Rugby is a team sport - it engages people of all ages and abilities in an exciting, competitive manner and thus encourages a healthy, happy and rewarding lifestyle. For details of your local rugby union club, keep an eye on this page.

Got to the field and had fun with the youth, the talent, eagerness and vigor they put into the routine and games today. 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽
Today we saw new faces and got them involved in the basics. We saw talent in each different individual. Looking forward to what other abilities they can show.

What a great weekend! RFUB Belize managed to take A development team to Mexico and play in the Cancun seven! The team comprised of seniors and juniors who were training for 3 - 4 months. With teamwork we pulled a win.
