Bahamas Anti-Doping Commission - BADC The Anti-Doping In Sports Act, 2009 was enacted by the Parliament of The Bahamas on August 5th 2009.

The function of the Commission is to facilitate the control and prevention of doping in sports.

We teamed up with Bahamas Football Association at the Fan Zone during the 2026 Goombay Cup, connecting with athletes, fans, and families from across the region to spread the message of clean sport.

We had an incredible time at the Aquatic Nationals, connecting with athletes, coaches, parents, and supporters through our Clean Sport Outreach Booth! 🌊

From answering anti-doping questions and sharing valuable resources to meeting the next generation of Bahamian champions, every conversation helped strengthen our commitment to protecting clean sport.

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by to grab some giveaways and learn how we can all play a part in keeping sport fair and drug-free. 🙏🏽

From the field to the classroom… we’re making an impact beyond sport! 💙🏀🥗

On May 21, the Bahamas Anti-Doping Commission proudly launched the FIRST stop of our Community Service Initiative in partnership with NSA Bahamas at Sybil Strachan Primary School! 🙌🇧🇸

Students were treated to sports equipment, a healthy lunch, and lots of positive energy as we continue encouraging healthy lifestyles, teamwork, and community engagement among our youth. 💪✨

This special initiative was created with the goal of giving back to communities and inspiring the next generation both on and off the field.

And guess what? This is only STOP #1 of 3! Stay tuned as we continue spreading smiles, support, and the spirit of clean sport across The Bahamas. 🌴☀️

This past weekend the BADC Education Team linked up with sailors ahead of Nationals at Lyford Cay on April 11 - 12. From breaking down the doping control process to playing “Clean vs. Banned”, it was all about learning, laughing and staying informed.
