✨ 3 Tips to Stay Consistent on Your Healthy Journey

Let's be honest... healthy eating gets a lot easier when you prepare for the days you don't feel like cooking.

Here are my top 3 tips:

🥗 1. Meal Prep Ahead
You don't have to prep a week's worth of meals. Even cooking your protein and sweet potatoes ahead of time can save you from grabbing fast food when you're tired.

🥜 2. Keep Healthy Snacks on Hand
Life gets busy. Stock your bag, car, or office with snacks like tuna packets, nuts, fruit, Greek yogurt, or crackers with nut butter, so you're not making hungry decisions.

🥩 3. Season Your Meat Before Freezing
If you buy meat in bulk, season it before storing it. Future you will thank you! When it's time to cook, simply thaw and cook—no extra prep required.

Remember, healthy living isn't about being perfect. It's about making it easier to choose the healthier option, even on your busiest days.

Your body is listening to the words you say about it.

So are the people around you.

Body shaming isn't motivation—it can leave lasting emotional wounds. For some people, it contributes to body dysmorphia, making it difficult to see themselves clearly and leading them to chase an unrealistic standard instead of genuine health.

As a wellness coach, I want to shift the conversation.

Let's stop asking, "How can I make my body smaller?"

And start asking, "How can I make my body healthier, stronger, and more resilient?"

Wellness isn't measured by a number on a scale, your dress size, or someone else's opinion of your body.

It's measured by how you feel.
How you move.
How you sleep.
How you recover.
How you nourish yourself.
How you care for the one body you've been given.

Let's normalize encouraging healthy choices without criticizing people's bodies.

Because every body deserves respect, and every person deserves the opportunity to pursue wellness free from shame.

Choose health over comparison 🫶🏾
Celebrate progress, not perfection 🫶🏾

This is part 2 of my own yapping video🥴🫠

I am body coach: I help clients build a body that works for them. For example you may have a personal trainer but that personal trainer MAY not have a holistic view of your body ro say when you need massage. What type of massage, chiro, physio or osteopath.

That's where I fit in, don't worry The Rehab Wellness there are wellness classes (virtual) and multiple therapists to support your needs.

In Exuma at Fitfinity there are in-person group and, personal classes. No one left behind🫡

Maybe start with a 15min consult. Send a DM so I can set that up for you.

P.S: this video has been sped up, I yap too much 😂😂😂

I didn't do the yap challenge with Jesse but I should have...🥴😂😂

This is a 3 part video yapping about who I am and what I do.

I wanted to take a moment and be authentic, clear and for you to really get to know me

Five minutes. That's all it takes. ⏰

If your body wakes up feeling stiff, tight, or like it needs a jump-start, don't ignore it. Your body has been resting all night—it deserves a few minutes to wake up too.

These are simple morning moves that will help you:
✨ Loosen tight hips and hamstrings
✨ Improve mobility and flexibility
✨ Increase circulation
✨ Reduce stiffness
✨ Get your body ready for the day ahead

You don't need a gym. You don't need fancy equipment. You just need five intentional minutes.

Your future self will thank you.

💬 Which stretch do you need the most right now—Deep Squat, World's Greatest, Figure Four, or Toe Touch? Let me know in the comments!

💾 Save this routine so you can come back to it every morning.

🚨 Can we normalize talking about the days we DON'T feel like cooking? 😩🍗I don't know if it's just me, but there are days...

🚨 Can we normalize talking about the days we DON'T feel like cooking? 😩🍗

I don't know if it's just me, but there are days I'm tired, frustrated, and completely over trying to eat "perfect."

After working all day, squeezing in a workout, running errands, answering messages, and just dealing with life... that fried chicken and corn start calling my name. 😂

Where are my "I've been to work all day, went to the gym, and still have a million things to do" girls at? 🙋🏾‍♀️

Here's the good news: healthy eating doesn't have to mean spending an hour in the kitchen.

🥗 Quick Meal #1 (5 minutes):
🐔 Ground Chicken + bagged salad + sweet potato.

🐟 Quick Meal #2 (5 minutes):
🐟 Tuna or salmon packet + avocado + whole wheat crackers + cucumber slices.

Simple. Filling. High in protein. And no, you don't have to be perfect to be healthy. One meal won't make or break your progress. Just make the next best choice.

💬 Tell me... what's your go-to meal when you're too tired to cook?

22/07/2026

We have a running joke... 😂

I tell one of my clients that he's on his way to becoming the world's longest massage!

Why?

Because he's one of the most consistent clients I have.

He doesn't wait until his body is screaming for help.

He schedules his appointments in advance, makes his physical health a priority, and understands that wellness isn't about fixing problems—it's about preventing them.

That's the difference.

Reactive care says, "I'll book when I'm in pain."

Proactive care says, "I'm going to take care of my body before pain slows me down."

The truth is, your body is carrying you through work, family, workouts, travel, and everything in between.

Isn't it worth looking after?

So let me ask you...

Are you proactive or reactive when it comes to your health and wellbeing?

I'd love to know in the comments. 👇
