🏸✨ PBG Legends Badminton Tournament 2026 ✨🏸
What a memorable day as the pioneers and Legends of Filipino badminton in Bahrain returned to the court! ❤️🏸
Our heartfelt gratitude to H.E. Gines Jaime Ricardo D. Gallaga, Ambassador of the Philippines to Bahrain, for gracing our tournament and sharing this special occasion with our badminton community.
We also extend our sincere thanks to Mr. Hamad Al Subaie, Secretary General of Al Najma Club, for his continued support and hospitality.
A big thank you to the PBG Officers, led by President Mr. Ric Advincula, Vice President & Technical Director Mr. Leo Caparida, and the entire PBG Committee for making this tournament a success.
🙏🏼 Special appreciation to Philippine Bahrain Caregivers Society (PBCS), our Official Medic Partner, for keeping our players safe throughout the event, and to our generous sponsors Ms. Mavies and Verminex for their valuable support.
A heartfelt thank you as well to all our volunteers, Match Control Desk team, umpires, and tournament officials who generously gave their time and energy to ensure that every match ran smoothly. Your support behind the scenes was truly invaluable. 👏🏼🏸
And most importantly, to all the Legends of Badminton from the Filipino community in Bahrain who came back, picked up their rackets, and shared the court once again, THANK YOU! 🫶🏼 Your continued support, friendship, and presence mean so much to PBG.
Because beyond the sport, it is the camaraderie, friendship, and respect built over the years that truly make this community special. ❤️🏸
Until next month! Get ready for the PBG Oktoberfest Open Doubles Badminton Tournament! 🇵🇭🏸🍻
