Great news! Mr Bazen is back and he has completed all post trip requirements to include 2 negative COVID tests.

So, we are set to start back up classes this Saturday the 23rd at Gracie Academy in Juffair. Class times are as follows:

2:15-2:45 Tiny Tigers (4-7yr olds)
3:00-3:45 Karate 4 Kids (8-13 yrs)
4:00-4:45 Adult/Teen/Family class

Look forward to seeing all of our previous students as well as our future Black Belts!!!

Today's video commemorates "Way Back Wednesday", but it is still great information. This video was shot at Offutt Air Force Base many years ago when Mrs Bazen and I were teaching on base there. Although it is obviously a bit dated (as you can see, I had hair:-), my discussion of the history of the ATA and the programs we offer through ATA is as pertinent as ever. Hope you enjoy!!

GREAT evening of ATA Songahm Taekwondo classes last night at Gracie Academy in the brand new Juffair Square Mall!! Come out tomorrow, Saturday, 19Dec2020 for our final night of December 2020 complementary classes. Classes for 4-7 years olds will be at 5:00 PM and classes for those 8-99 :-) will be at 6:00 PM.

We offer age appropriate curriculum and focused programs that develop and strengthen Life Skills for students of ALL ages! We also offer Leadership Development & Mentoring programs for Teenagers to help them prepare for the challenges of their Teens and to help set them up for success in College! Ask about our programs today!

Another GREAT evening of Classes last night for ATA Middle East!
Our 2nd night of Classes teaching Songahm Taekwondo at Gracie Academy in the new Juffair Square Mall and we enjoyed meeting many Future Black Belts!

We especially enjoyed signing up our first 5 members and promoting our first student to White Belt!

We will have one more week of COMPLIMENTARY classes before beginning our regular sessions in January 2021.

We will have classes on Thursday, 17 Dec and Saturday, 19Dec at 5:00 PM for ATA Tigers (4-7 year olds).

For the 7-12 yr olds, Families and Adults, Classes will be at 7:00 PM on Thursday, the 17th and 6:00 PM on Saturday, the 19th.
Come out and join us for an AWESOME workout and to meet new friends!
