A strength-focused class inspired by the StrongFirst methodology, designed to help you build control, stability, and confidence using bodyweight exercises.
Expect:
• Push-up & pull-up progressions
• Core strength & control
• Single-leg strength & balance
• Hanging work for grip & shoulder stability
Every exercise is coached and scalable, whether you’re just starting out or already strong.
