🌿 Your schedule is full. But is there a moment in it just for you?

With three children, I know that time for yourself doesn’t always happen by itself — it needs a place in your schedule. 🤍

After the busy summer months, September feels like the perfect moment to create new routines and make space for yourself again.

This September, our weekly English Hatha Yoga course starts again in Brussels. 🧘‍♀️

Designed for busy lives, this course offers one dedicated hour per week to practice, recharge, and grow steadily over time.

During the course you will:
✨ build strength and flexibility
✨ improve posture and body awareness
✨ release tension and manage stress
✨ develop a deeper connection with your body and breath
✨ create a sustainable self-care habit

The small group setting (max. 8 participants) allows personal guidance, attention, and a supportive atmosphere where everyone can progress at their own pace.

Whether you are a beginner or already practicing yoga, you are warmly welcome.

🗓️ Starting September 7, 2026
🕖 Every Monday at 7 PM

Hello everyone,

I’m slowly finding my way back to yoga teaching, in a gentle and intentional way. The thought of leaving my 4‑month‑old baby for just one evening is tender and real — and at the same time, teaching yoga and being part of a community feels just as much me.

This transition, this constant re‑balancing between roles, energies, and identities, is something I’m living every day — and it’s also at the heart of what I love to share through yoga.

As you read this, you might ask yourself:
✨ Am I giving myself space to recharge and restore balance?
✨ Do I allow myself to take up space, to be fully present for myself?
✨ Could one evening of yoga, movement, and reflection help me feel more centered, more alive, and more aligned with all the parts of who I am?

🧘🏼‍♀️From February, I’ll be teaching one Hatha Yoga class per week

📍 Thursdays, 7:00 at 132, Avenue Paul Hymans , Woluwe-Saint-Lambert, 1200 Brussels, at Bébé Maestro

This gentle yet structured class is designed to help you reconnect with your body, mind, and energy. Even though it’s just once per week, it focuses on gradual development, giving you time to integrate each practice fully and build lasting balance, strength, and vitality.

🧘‍♀️ Family Yoga – a monthly shared practice for parents and children

📍 Brüsszeli Tanoda és Fejlesztőház, 1150 Brussels, Rue François Gay 168/A, Woluwe-Saint-Pierre

In a busy world, it’s a chance to pause together, strengthen connection through a shared hobby, and bring awareness, playfulness, and joy into your family routine.

This is a gentle return — a mindful way to step back into work and teaching yoga while still honoring motherhood, and embracing all the parts of who I am. 🤍

Six weeks postpartum, and my body, nervous system, and immune system are clearly telling me I need more rest and more self-care.

I have had a cold for the past week, and I really notice it in my patience — it’s so much thinner than usual!

Sometimes I find myself torn between playing with the kids and just catching a moment to rest. I keep realizing that when I’m exhausted, I can’t truly be present for them. This is exactly why rest and self-care are so essential.

Self-care doesn’t have to be big or perfect. Especially now, during postpartum, when time and energy are limited, even 5 minutes matters: a gentle stretch, a warm shower, a quiet breath, or a tiny creative moment. It’s about showing up for yourself, even in the smallest ways.

💛 This inspired me to create the Postpartum Advent Calendar — daily practices that are short, gentle, and nurturing: mini movement, creative prompts, coaching reflections, and mindful pauses.

Will you join me for a daily 5‑minute self‑care journey?

💫 Self-Care Sankalpa:
Today, I invite you to set an intention — a small, loving promise to yourself this advent season. Some ideas:

“I honor my body and mind each day.”
“I allow myself 5 minutes of peace, every day.”
“I am enough, exactly as I am.”
“I do good work and notice it — I allow myself to rest and recharge.”

✨ Here’s how to get your calendar:
1️⃣ Comment below with your self-care sankalpa
2️⃣ DM me your email, so that I can send the calendar directly to your inbox.

Remember: self-care is not selfish — it’s the foundation that allows you to show up fully for your life, your family, and yourself.

Let’s do this together — whether you’re postpartum, not postpartum, expecting, or simply craving a gentle, intentional December.

And if you know a mama who could use this, share it with her. We rise together. 🤍

❤️

This is a piece from my journal:

“My body wants to rest.
My heart wants to play with the kids.
My mind wants to catch up on the housework.
My soul wants to feel like myself again.”

I notice how my different roles quietly call for attention —
mother, wife, daughter, sister, friend, entrepreneur, woman… each one asking for presence in its own way.

In these early postpartum days, my nervous system feels especially awake and stretched:
my body longs for stillness,
my mind moves ahead,
my heart reaches for connection,
and my soul simply wants a quiet moment.

This is natural — this is how my body and mind are still settling into their rhythm after birth, learning to care for others while gently remembering to care for myself.

✨ Yoga tip for postpartum ✨

During this period I listen to Yoga Nidra several times a day.
It helps my nervous system settle,
supports deep rest for my body,
and allows my mind to reconnect with the present moment.

The calendar still shows October 18th.
I haven’t changed the page yet — maybe because time stopped when he arrived.

The days blur together — milk-stained shirts, slow breaths, a body that isn’t quite mine yet.

There’s something sacred in these ordinary days — the holiness of birth mixed with the dull rhythm of feeding, eating, sleeping, again and again. ✨

I thought I could hold it all together — the house, the meals, the older kids, my own healing —
but at one point, control slipped through my hands.

And somewhere between the feeding, eating and sleeping
I lost touch with myself.

Maybe this too is part of becoming — the in-between, the unpolished, the surrender before rebirth. 🌸

And this time I feel — I know — I can’t rush this. Not this time.

🕊️ Don’t rush your return.
You’re not coming back.
You’re moving forward — into someone softer, deeper, more whole. 🤍

🪷 Postpartum Yoga Tip

In these early weeks, your yoga isn’t a pose — it’s awareness.
🌿 Take 3 slow breaths with one hand on your heart, one on your belly.
Feel the rise and fall.
✨ Whisper: “I trust the pace of my becoming.”
