Last Saturday, we proudly hosted our first successful seminar in collaboration with ZAS. Held at ZAS’s dedicated Gympunt – A State-of-the-Art Physiotherapy Space, equipped with DKN (Smart) Training Machines, the event brought together physiotherapists for an inspiring session focused on “Beyond Core – Healthy Aging.”

During the theoretical part of the seminar, participants gained valuable insights into the importance of core strength, functional movement, and innovative training approaches in supporting healthy aging. The presentations provided evidence-based knowledge and practical strategies that can be directly applied in clinical and rehabilitation settings.

The theory was then translated into practice through a live demonstration on our DKN Smart Training Machines. Participants experienced firsthand how smart technology and functional training can work together to improve strength, stability, mobility, and overall physical performance throughout the aging process.

We concluded this successful first edition with a healthy lunch, providing an excellent opportunity for networking, knowledge sharing, and professional exchange.
