We are excited to welcome Macy Clark to Wodonga Water Polo Club as our Head Coach. 🐬 🏴‍☠️

Macy currently plays A Grade for Pool Pirates water polo club and brings a wealth of playing experience to the role. Most recently, she represented Victoria at the Australian Country Championships, where she was selected in the Tournament 7 and subsequently chosen to represent the Australian Country team at the upcoming Asia-Pacific Water Polo League Tournament in September.

Having progressed through O&M representative pathways and school representative programs before establishing herself as a successful senior player, Macy understands the player development journey from junior to senior competition. She will work with our volunteer coaches to strengthen player development pathways, introduce a more structured approach to skill progression, and support the continued growth of our club.

We are thrilled to have Macy join our coaching team and are confident she will have a positive impact on players of all ages and experience levels. 🤽🏻‍♀️🤽‍♂️

🐬OFF SEASON SPOTLIGHT 🐬

We see a couple of super stars went off to STATE LAWN BOWLS what can’t Chloe & Bella do!! 🤩

Last week, our three Secondary State Lawn Bowls contenders competed in Melbourne. Their campaign began with a pre‑dawn departure at 5:45am which tested their focus for the first match but still approached the day with quiet resolve.
Across the competition, the team encountered strong state‑level opposition and a variety of playing conditions, requiring adaptability and concentration. Each match was closely contested and demanded a disciplined, team‑oriented approach.
While finals qualification ultimately remained just out of reach, the scores only tell part of the story. After an exceptionally early start and against high‑quality opponents, students represented Victory with teamwork and sportsmanship throughout and we are very proud of their performance at State level. Well done team!
