Willunga Basketball Club is looking for qualified basketball umpires to join our team.

Requirements:

- Must be 18 years or older
- Must hold a current Gray Shirt qualification or higher
- Must be available Wednesday nights from 5:20pm onwards (minimum requirement)
- Additional nights may also be available

Now that we have a dedicated scoring desk and team bench area, we ask everyone to please respect these designated spaces during games.

The bench and scoring areas are strictly for:
✅ Players
✅ Coaches
✅ Team Managers
✅ Scoring Officials

All spectators are required to sit on the north side of the stadium.

We appreciate everyone’s cooperation in helping us maintain a safe, organised and professional game-day environment for all involved.

📣 Important Information for Parents & Players

With the winter season now underway, here are two key reminders to help everything run smoothly:

• All players must be registered
• Game fees must be paid

This ensures both the club and players are covered by insurance and comply with SA Country Basketball regulations.

Club representatives will be conducting regular checks during games to confirm that registrations and payments are up to date.

Parents, if you’re unable to attend, please make sure your child has a payment method available so others aren’t asked to cover fees on your behalf.

Look what we’ve got now 👀

The old Officeworks table has officially been retired — and what a glow-up it’s had! In its place is a professionally built scoring bench 🔥

Massive thanks to South Adelaide Basketball Club for their incredible generosity — as they start the process of building a new stadium, they’ve passed this beauty on to us 🙌

With a fresh rebrand and a few final touches, it will ready to take pride of place in our stadium. Big upgrade! 💥
