Hot chocolate - bulletproof style!

Inspired by my friend Paul the master chocolatier at Koko Monk in Vancouver and Dave Asprey at bulletproof coffee.

Recipe -
- 1 large mug of your choice of milk
- 1 heaped tablespoon of cocoa powder
- 1/4 heaped teaspoon of cinnamon powder
- 1 drop of nutmeg
- 1 drop of cayenne powder or 1/4 teaspoon chilli powder
- 1 or 2 teaspoons MCT oil
- 1 teaspoon grass fed butter
- 1 or 2 teaspoons honey
*all ingredients preferably organic

Directions -
Pour milk into saucepan, turn heat on medium, add cocoa, cinnamon, nutmeg & cayenne to milk. Gently whisk in until dissolved and heat to 70 degrees celsius. Place MCT oil, butter & honey into mug. Pour chocolate milk into mug & stir well.
Sip and enjoy as a coffee substitute throughout your day!

Much fun in the sun with Powerfly 8

My dream bike! Regardless of the terrain I felt like a pro athlete with its assisted peddling option. "Ain't no mountain high enough" continually played in my head as I played like a kid on this slick, go anywhere mountain bike.

Laughter is medicine and so are these tasty coconuts... My first palm tree climb & harvest.

Coconuts are a good source of vitamins and minerals. The coconut palm is also viewed as the tree of life.
