📢TRACK CLOSURE📢

Hi Members,

The track will be closed on Friday morning 28/8 from 6am for track and facility maintenance. During this time the gate will be locked and entrance to the track will not be permitted.

We will post the track re-opening time as soon as the work is completed but it should only be a few hours.

📣 Good news members!! 📣

Track will re-open tomorrow! Thanks again for your patience this week.

LWMCC would like to say a huge thanks to Al Taylor for fixing the tractor, Alistair Lees and Andy Chetwynd for helping with track prep. Track is in great condition we’ve been told 🙌🏻

Keys for new members can be collected between 1-2pm tomorrow afternoon from the track.

Memberships are valid until 31/1/27.

Single memberships- $200
Demo memberships- $100
No family membership option- each member will need to purchase a single membership

Limited number of memberships available, once they are sold out memberships will close.

We’re excited to announce that half-yearly memberships will be available through Race Roster from:

⏰ 8:00am
⚠️ LIMITED MEMBERSHIPS AVAILABLE!

Please note:
• Half-yearly memberships will be sold as SINGLE MEMBERSHIPS ONLY @ $200 each
• Memberships are valid until 31 January 2027.
• Once the limited number of memberships are sold, memberships will close.
• Memberships will then re-open next year.

TRACK PREP VOLUNTEERS WANTED 🏁

Our club has been fortunate to experience strong demand for memberships, and we’d love to be in a position to re-open memberships so more riders can join our community.

Welcoming more members would generate additional revenue that could be invested directly back into facility upgrades and future improvements for everyone.

Before we do that, we’d like to build a larger team of volunteers to assist with track preparation and general upkeep. Having a dedicated crew will help ensure we can sustainably support a larger membership base while continuing to provide the quality facility our members enjoy.

If you have a few hours to spare from time to time and would be happy to help with track prep or general maintenance, we’d really appreciate hearing from you. Whether it’s once a month or more regularly, every bit of help makes a difference.

Our club has always been built by members, for members, and with a few more helping hands we’ll be in a great position to welcome more riders and continue improving our facilities for years to come.
