💜 A Special Thank You 💜

It’s always such a lovely thing to receive a message from one club member acknowledging another for the time and effort they put into our club.

Last night, I received a message from our Hurricanes coach Kathleen, who wanted to give a huge shout out to Tanielle — another Hurricanes mum — for stepping up to help co-coach the boys and doing an absolutely fantastic job!

Without amazing volunteers like Kathleen and Tanielle, we simply wouldn’t be able to do what we do. Your time, energy, and support make such a difference to our players and club community, and we appreciate you both so much. 💜

With it being National Volunteer Week, it felt only fitting to publicly recognise the incredible impact you both make.

If you know someone in the club who helps make a difference, we’d love to hear about it! And most importantly, make sure you let them know how much they’re appreciated 💜

💜🏀 NATIONAL VOLUNTEER WEEK 🏀💜

This week we celebrate the incredible people who make Perfect Storm Basketball possible — our volunteers.

From coaches, team managers, bench duty volunteers, committee members, and everyone behind the scenes… thank you for the time, energy, patience and passion you give to our club each and every week.

Our club simply would not run without you. Your willingness to help creates opportunities for our players to learn, grow, compete and most importantly, enjoy basketball in a positive and supportive environment.

Thank you for being part of the Perfect Storm family and helping our club continue to grow.
