500g Chicken Mince
5 Spring Onions
5cm Ginger
2 Tbsp Light Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp Dark Soy Sauce

For the pak choy 🥬
2 Tbsp Sesame Oil
2 Bunches of Pak Choi
1 Large Mild Fresh Chilli
3 Cloves of Garlic
