Kicking Goals Personal Training Kicking Goals Personal Training is a personal training business operating in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne.

Kicking Goals Personal Training delivers programs designed to help you kick your fitness and weight loss goals. We conduct 1-on-1, 2-on-1, small group, large group and corporate training sessions. Our programs cater for everybody, regardless of your age or current fitness level. Sport specific training is also available for those wanting to improve performance in their sport or compete in one off

events such as fun runs, charity events or tough mudder. Our training sessions combine a variety of different styles including; cardio, resistance, circuit and boxing. They are designed to be fun whilst aiming at kicking your fitness goals. Kicking Goals Personal Training was founded by Luke Cecil. Luke completed his Diploma of Fitness at Victorian Fitness Academy in December 2012. He received the 'Christopher Clough' award for his dedication, commitment, creativity and leadership during the course. Luke is devoted to helping you achieve the results you desire. Love CrossFit or thinking about starting? Have a read of this article to see whether it is for you.

As mentioned in the article, there are good and bad sides to CrossFit (as with anything). The biggest thing to think about is whether you think you are putting yourself at risk of injury, either short or long term.

Be very picky about the gym you choose and make sure they are VERY good at teaching and encouraging correct technique!

CrossFit can be a good way to increase your fitness and improve your health but only if exercises are performed with correct technique so that your risk of injury is reduced.

Larissa has been training with me while she is in Melbourne for 6 weeks to keep her fitness up. She wanted to get a PB in something before going back to her trainer in London. So here it is, the back squat! Her previous best was 45kg. Today she did 10 reps at 50kg! Great work!

I am looking for 16 mums that fit the following criteria to undergo a 6 Week journey to get back into shape and get their health back on track.

- age 25 or older
- 5-20kg to lose
- wants to drop 1-2 dress sizes
- is willing to take before and after measurements and photos
- can dedicate 45 minutes, 2-3 times per week to train

Sessions will be run in Burwood East with multiple time slots to choose from. 16 spots only.

Thanks to everyone that entered the 2000m Rower Challenge!

The fastest male was Todd Bates with 7:09 minutes and the fastest female was Emma Taylor with 8:05 minutes! You have both won 2 FREE PT sessions!

It is a very tough challenge and there were some great times posted! Just finishing is an achievement!

I have also drawn the minor prizes which have gone to the following people:
