Club Urunga Club Urunga brings together food, bowls, raffles, live music & more for the community & visitors! By 1954, our ladies’ club was open.

Our club was built in 1952, and the first trial bowls game was held by the men’s club in 1953. Ever since, our club has grown more popular with every passing year. We purchased land for a second bowling green in 1969 and have recently renovated and refurbished our facilities. Today, Club Urunga is about much more than bowls. Our East Garden Restaurant serves a delicious mix of Australian and Chine

se cuisine to visitors and members alike. With two bars, a children’s playground, barbeque facilities, and plenty of entertainment options, there is something going on almost every day. We have 2 carparks available for members and guests. They are situated on either side of the club on Orara and Newry Streets. Parking is free of charge to all club patrons.

Start with a flutter at Wednesday’s raffles, gather your smartest mates for Thursday Trivia, then clock off on Friday and settle in for Superstrait live from 7:30pm. 🎶

And don’t forget the Cash Climb Members Draw, happening Wednesday, Friday and Sunday at 6:30pm & 7:30pm, with the jackpot climbing if it isn’t won. 💰 Jackpot starts from an impressive $2,500.

Sunday brings another round of raffles from 5pm, drawn at 6:30pm, to finish off the week.

But first, today is the FINAL day of Mega Cash Week, and tonight is your last chance to get amongst the Mega Cash action, with draws at 6:30pm & 7:30pm and the cash jackpot MUST BE WON. If there’s no eligible winner there to claim it, we keep drawing until someone in the Club takes home the cash! Jackpot of $1,000, split between 2 winners, with each winner receiving $500.
