Deepwater Dragon Boat Club from the Central Coast are in Urunga again for the weekend and as they have for past 8 or so years they swapped their paddles for mallets for an afternoon of croquet.
It is interesting to watch 4 games of GC on one lawn at the same time - just as well we still have a couple of third colour sets to use.
Everyone seemed to enjoy the afternoon even though the rain never really let up and they kept going until they found a winning doubles combination.
We should invite them back more often as they have broken the drought for the last couple of years!!!
Hopefully they have just as much fun at the regatta this weekend and we look forward to hosting them again in the future.
