The Tully Country Club offers a nine hole golf course with a licensed club house. Club members, locals and visitors appreciate the friendly atmosphere for a game of golf or just a pot of beer and a chat at the bar. Please check the event calendar for upcoming competitions. The bar is open at competition days and at the Thursday Sporters hit. Social golf is possible any day, please a

rrange with the Captain in charge. The Course
The Tully Golf Course is a Par 71 course with established trees bordering the attractive fairways. The well located bunkers, running creeks, lakes and overlapping branches along the fairway are even challenging for the experienced Golfer. Open space on the middle of the course will offer beginners fun along a game of golf. Local accommodation is available in Tully or along Mission Beach.

Results from the Trevor & Dawn Baillie sponsored Single Stableford played on Saturday the 13th.
Winning the day was Kelvin Bailey on 40 points with Ma Wiremu 2nd with 39 points with Joe Marxsen 3rd on a count back from Brice Henry both with 38 points. NTPS 2/11 Ladies was Ma Wiremu and Craig Abraham for the Men. 7/16 for the Ladies was visitor Jess Pickering & Bruce Durante for the men. The Mission Solar and Electrical top junior went to Taj Cassidy.

39 player contested the Star Liquor June Monthly Medal. With Deb Van Beek taking out first place on a count back from Second placed Greg Miller both on 71 nett. Next best was Maurie Smith with 72 nett and Steve Wells took out 4th on a count back with 73 nett. NTPS Ladies 2/11 Deb Sutherland and the Men Greg Miller and on 7/16 Deb Van Beek for the Ladies and John Pender for the Men.

Irish 3 Ball played on Sunday the 7th.
1st place went to the team os Avi Solien Troy Jones and visitor Dan Hammett with 84 points. The team of Kyjel Spencer , Kade Spencer & Darryl Edwards with 81 points & 3rd place went to the team consisting of Ma Wiremu ,Tane Takai & Kyjel Spencer .
NTPS 2/11 & 7/16 for ladies Ma Wiremu with 2/11 Kyjel Spence & 7/16 Chris Brandon for the men.
And the best dressed player was awarded to Jim Boston.

Results for the Sporters competition played on 4th June.
Joe Marxsen had a great day scoring 23 points to easily win the 9 hole competition.
Karen Hardy also played well winning the 6 hole comp with 15 points and the NTP for the women on the 7th hole.
Carlos Ferreira with 20 points got a rundown while Norm Gray got the other rundown on countback with 18 points.
John Pender had a day out on his greens winning the putting competition with only 11 putts.
NTPs for the 1st hole - Walter Miller, for the 2nd hole - Betty Favier, for the 7th hole - Ewan Lovell and for the 9th hole A Grade - Jules Henderson, B Grade - Kelven Bailey & for C Grade - Chris (Kiwi) Brandon.
Tomorrow's competition is the Monthly Medal sponsored by Star Liquor.
