The Tully Country Club offers a nine hole golf course with a licensed club house. Club members, locals and visitors appreciate the friendly atmosphere for a game of golf or just a pot of beer and a chat at the bar. Please check the event calendar for upcoming competitions. The bar is open at competition days and at the Thursday Sporters hit. Social golf is possible any day, please a

rrange with the Captain in charge. The Course
The Tully Golf Course is a Par 71 course with established trees bordering the attractive fairways. The well located bunkers, running creeks, lakes and overlapping branches along the fairway are even challenging for the experienced Golfer. Open space on the middle of the course will offer beginners fun along a game of golf. Local accommodation is available in Tully or along Mission Beach.

Results for the Sporters competition played on 4th June.
Joe Marxsen had a great day scoring 23 points to easily win the 9 hole competition.
Karen Hardy also played well winning the 6 hole comp with 15 points and the NTP for the women on the 7th hole.
Carlos Ferreira with 20 points got a rundown while Norm Gray got the other rundown on countback with 18 points.
John Pender had a day out on his greens winning the putting competition with only 11 putts.
NTPs for the 1st hole - Walter Miller, for the 2nd hole - Betty Favier, for the 7th hole - Ewan Lovell and for the 9th hole A Grade - Jules Henderson, B Grade - Kelven Bailey & for C Grade - Chris (Kiwi) Brandon.
Tomorrow's competition is the Monthly Medal sponsored by Star Liquor.

Tony Gray continued his good form winning the 9 hole competition on countback with the score of 18 points.
Troy Jones was the 6 hole comp winner on countback with 13 points.
The rundowns went to Betty Favier and Les Douglas both who scored 18 points.
Betty Favier also won the putting competition on countback with 14 points.

1st was Dan Horton on 40 points with Mickey Davis 2nd on 37 points.Deb Sutherland came in 3rd on a countback with 33 points for 4th placed Brice Henry no 33 points.
