Kindy Hop ​Kindy Hop is a licensed Dance & Fitness program specifically designed for preschool children launching in the Hills District in Jan 2018

With elements of Dance, Music, Yoga & Kindy Gym, Kindy Hop has been created with the philosophy that Fitness must include a balanced lifestyle which encompasses Physical health (through exercise and good nutrition) and Mental health (through self esteem). Classes coming to North-West Sydney in January 2018.
