Have you seen what we are doing? We have created an offering called On Demand! You get a Weekly runstrong session you can join in LIVE from your home gym as well as detailed trail running sessions and road running sessions that you can do in your own time with advice and tips from us. We also have a Run recovery session LIVE. There is much more and the program is only $169 for the entire Term. As we continue with a specific focus & offering all the latest training interventions in trail running.

The session will be focusing on developing your strength and speed through some technical single track !!

Mytrailgroup saw a mix with some tapering for the and others completing a difficult set of Sand and Stairs. !!
Congratulations to everyone that raced this weekend and appreciate the support, was a great day for the community of runners and lots of podiums from the Runlab team, looking forward to 2021 already.

What a start to Term 1.
Our Sydney runners had a challenging set on the beach at Maroubra and a technical session in Bobbin Head, with lots of stairs and single track !!
Current Weekly sessions Tuesday am in the Maroubra and Friday 5:45am Fortnightly in Bobbin Head
Our sessions are alternating between strength and speed focus all specific to trail running with strength sets added for increased adaption.
Session are Coached by Shatrov Courbough Macpherson
Week 2 is strength based! on the sand and hills
