I use to be so comfortable being in my own shell.

No one can hurt me,

No one can scare me,

No one can bully me

Because there is only me in this circle.

But theres a problem, there is only me in the circle

I am cut off from love from others

I am cut off from connection

I am cut off from world.

I am alone.

It was only when I push through that fear of getting hurt and cut through that protective bubble that I change the direction of my life.

I can finally breathe with ease again and feel the breeze on my skin.

I dont have to be alone to feel safe... i can still be with others and still be safe.

This is so true

I remember criticising my self and my own work because I thought it wasnt good enough

This person that I looked up to always found something about what I did wrong.

No matter how amazing or creative it was this person never said a good word and even gave me the silent treatment at time

This really hurt... because this person meant so much to me.

I felt never good enough because I felt they never approve of me

After healing, personal growth and disconnecting from this person

I now know

You dont need anyones approval to go where you want to go

And sometimes the people that love you the most are the people who stop you from becoming the person you want to be

There are people out there who are dream stealers because they think you will become different or better then them

Dont let their words end your dreams

Stay true to your heart and follow your dream

Because you deserve to be free

I remember this so clearly... this held me back so much that it hurt

I kept thinking about what could of been

I kept thinking how I could have fixed it

I kept thinking where it went wrong

I kept thinking how it was all my fault for being where I am.

The truth is...

When something is meant to be... it will be

If something is not meant to be... it will never be.

There is a time is space where you have to let go of what was.... turn around and walk a new direction

Because theres where your true happiness lays.

It lays infront of you not behind you.

We just have to close the old door and walk through the new unknown door.

Where you go is up to you.

Why does healing from your wounds so important

How does it effect your life if you dont

The difference is life changing

What often happens is people bury their emotions and past events by sweeping it under the carpet

If its out of sight.. it is out of mind .. right!

The truth is... all that dirt is still there.

Past events and emotions that are not resolved takes alot of energy and effect to protect and cover up.

This causes a lot of issues within you as the energy has no where to go and its trapped all inside of you

This leads to a build up of frustration, anger, sadness, and all ranges of emotions running inside of you

All of those emotions get expressed when your buttons get pushed and then all of that nastiness breaks loose.

When you truly allow yourself to heal and release the past events and emotions.

You allow those past energy to shift and leave your body.

When that happens, you no longer have to spend energy on it as you no longer have to cover up or protect it as its no longer there

Is chaos happening around you

I remember when my dad passed away, I felt like I had to be strong, had to hold the fort and all these emotions came in about how bad of a daughter I was.
