The Bodyboard Academy. With Lilly Pollard; the five times Australian Pro Tour Champion, and 2014 Pipeline Pro Hawaii APB World Tour champion. Coaching is available for anyone aged 5 and up
-You just need to be capable of swimming please! Catering for small group sessions (maximum of four people) means that each session is truly personalised. Private coaching (one person or two) is also available.

Small group feature programs include:

WAVE NINJAS: For kids aged 5 to 12. WAVE WARRIORS: For Teens and Adults. MERMAIDS: Ladies

DRILLS FOR SKILLS: Elite coaching and mentoring program for the developing riders. A word from Lilly:

I think mental development is equally paramount as physical when it comes to developing into a good bodyboarder. Ocean safety is a key component of my program, as is raising awareness of our impacts on the ocean and keeping our beaches clean. "

Lilly has over 20 years of bodyboarding knowledge as a professional bodyboarder competing on the World Tour. "I seriously love coaching. Being a part of someone's development, seeing their joy when they achieve something difficult, it really is so satisfying!"

NSW Bodyboard State Titles Return 
Surfing NSW is stoked to announce the 2023 NSW Bodyboard State Titles returning to Newcastle from 24th June – 25th June. 
Entries open Friday the 10th February at 5pm EDT. Via Surfing NSW website.
The repechage format will return in 2023 to allow a second chance across all divisions. 
The competition will commence each day at 7:30 am with the call for the day's schedule and location confirmed via the event hotline at 6:45 am. The event hotline is 0458 247 212 where all competitors will receive updates and important information in real time.
 
Divisions for the event include Under 14s, Under 16, Under 18s Open Men, Open Women, Open Dropknee Over 35 Mena and Over 45 Men.
Event heat draw and schedule will be released 2 days prior to the event.
Please  pay close attention to age eligibility:
- Over Age Division - competitors must be of age as of the 1st January 2023, eg. Over 35 Division competitor must be aged 35 years old or over as at 1st January 2023.
- Under Age Divisions - competitors must not be turning the age of their division in 2023, eg. Under 14 competitors MUST NOT be turning 14 this year.

School holiday schedule is ready! These holidays are all about SAFARIS! (And usual weekend coaching)
Every Thursday/Friday will be completely dedicated to South Coast safari adventures. Join a group or make your own group with friends/family.
Maximum of four people.

Pick up from train station (usually Shellharbour or Stanwell Park) at around 7am by Lilly in the X-Trail Wave Hunting machine! Location will be decided the day before depending on surf forecast. We will go to two surf spots, suited to the ability of the group on the day. Coaching with Lilly and loan of any equipment (if needed) and yummy snacks are also included.
Then dropped back to the train station again around 1pm.
First in, best dressed for dates. Text or PM me with which Thursdays or Fridays suit you best these holidays.
All ages and abilities welcome! (We will put individuals into groups that best suit)
