Today is the day! If you have not heard the big news, I have sold my beautiful bondi beach studio after 24 years!!! ❤️

I feel blessed and honoured to have held a special space for so many teachers , clients and friends over so many years. It’s time to enjoy my young family and focus on teacher training, workshops and mentorship for instructors, im very excited!!!
