FRIDAY STALWARTS 😂
Tried a new pic, didn’t work due to lighting issues, so ended up with our traditional selfie! 🤳🏻
We also practised our sit to stand which is another skill needing to be maintained as we age - nailed it…but it was sweaty work! 😮💨 😅
Try this…
Sit on a chair or bench seat. Cross your arms over your chest & stand up, then sit back down as many times as you can in 30 seconds.
You’re aiming for:
50s: 18-25
60s: 12-17 (women), 14-19 (men)
70s: 10-15 (women), 12-17 (men)
80s: 9-14 (women), 10-15 (men)
And if you’re younger than 50 - do more! 😅
