Another full on class at Total Self Defence Academy - Blue Mountains. Miss Annabel took the opens stretches and basic movements in opens. Great kicking from the junior reds and blacks too. Well done.👊👊👊.

Great high energy class on Monday night. Quite a few senior belts too. Return of an old student back to Hapkido. Great to see Tas again. So it was a busy night.

Had a lot of fun training at SGM Lees place with Master Kevin Laing and his TSDA Team. Hot, tight and over 40 techniques. New, old and revision.
We're so blessed to have such an active leading Grandmaster. No slowing down. Always learning.🙏🙏🙏

What a fantastic day at grading. So proud of all my students but today was a special day for me. You're involved with them, see them weekly so in a way and you know what to expect somewhat from them. But today I was very surprised. All smashed it. So proud of you guys. SGM Lee had only positive comments for you all. Thats a rare day. He's a very hard marker. Again thanks to JGM Kevin, Ma'am Jaime (who run it like a machine today) and of course the Instructors and parents for their support today. Hapki.🙏🙏🙏
