There’s always room to grow.
Anyone successful in anything whether that’s through sport or a business, knows that everything that’s a challenge takes hardwork, time & energy. Nothing comes easy. Nothing rewarding is just given. And if it was, then it wasn’t a big enough challenge for you, or you didn’t work hard enough for it.
Everything I have achieved to this day I have truly worked so goddamn hard for. I’ve always been someone to put my head down, to go for what I want, and work my ass off to reach that. Once I’ve achieved that goal, great. How can I improve, what challenge can I go after next? if you want that, you need to do the same. Start getting comfortable with being uncomfortable. Start doing the hard s**t that other people won’t. You can call me crazy for waking up at 4am everyday and having a disciplined diet & training routine. But hey that’s just me 🤷🏼♀️ & that’s the lifestyle I LOVE & LIVE!
At the end of the day, most people are only going to see the end result. They’re only going to notice you when you’ve achieved the big goal, or been successful. Remember your WHY, in everything you do. But remember to do it FOR YOU. No one sees the behind the scenes, of the terrible training days & days where you really don’t feel like showing up but you have too. I feel like people are so quick to be like “oh you’re a personal trainer so it’s easier for you” or “she’s just naturally fit”. That does not make me any different to you. I’m still a normal person that also has good & bad days. Who has to work for what I want. I just have big goals & ambitions. And know the steps to get there.
Most importantly, DON’T GIVE UP. No matter where you are at right now in your journey, keep going, keep TRENDING UPWARD. Even if there are some lows, if you keep pushing you are bound to end up climbing to even higher hills. Whatever it is that you want, believe in it, work for it & stay disciplined. And don’t forget to enjoy the process to getting there. I can’t wait to continue to grow as an athlete & person & keep setting those wild goals.
Stick to the plan, keep your head down & keep putting in the hours. It will all be worth it. The best days are still ahead.
