After Brisbane and Melbourne, Sydney is our FINAL Corporate Challenge for 2026! 🎉

LOAN MARKET GROUP, YOU ABSOLUTE LEGENDS! 💙🙌

Where do we even start?!

150 Loan Market Group people showing up for the Melbourne STRYDE4 Corporate Challenge, bringing the energy, the laughs and some VERY healthy competition.

PLUS another 15 incredible LMG volunteers who rolled up their sleeves, ran Activation Zones, cheered everyone on and brought so much fun to the day. Honestly, what a crew! 👏

Then there was the Loan Market Ice Bath Challenge! 🧊🥶

For every 90 seconds participants braved the ice, Loan Market Group generously donated $10 to Orange Sky AND $10 to the participant’s chosen charity.

Turning a few very cold, very uncomfortable minutes into something that makes a genuine difference. We LOVE that.

This is what happens when a business doesn’t just turn up to an event, but gets behind it in a BIG way.

From the leadership team to the participants and volunteers, you embraced everything STRYDE4 is about. Teamwork, connection, wellbeing, purpose and a whole lot of play!

MELBOURNE, THESE ARE NOT YOUR AVERAGE TEAM PHOTOS! 😂📸

Forget standing in a line and saying cheese.

At the STRYDE4 Recreation Station, we give teams a photo to recreate, and then sit back and watch the chaos unfold.

The poses? Ridiculous.
The teamwork? Surprisingly impressive.
The commitment to looking completely silly in front of your workmates? OFF THE CHARTS. 😂

Some teams absolutely nailed the brief. Others took a few creative liberties. We’re not naming names. 👀

The best bit? Watching colleagues drop their job titles, get out of their comfort zones and throw themselves into something completely ridiculous together.

Because the best team photo isn’t the one where everyone looks good. It’s the one where everyone had a good time. 💛

Melbourne, you gave us some absolute GOLD.

350 participants. 40 incredible volunteers. 30+ charities. And a whole lot of people who came ready to play!

🧊 Ice baths and some very brave faces
⛳ Fierce competition at the Activation Zones
🦄 Costume capers that deserve their own photo album
😂 Plenty of laughs, questionable skills and unexpected talents
💛 New friendships, conversations and connections that go well beyond the office

Because sometimes the best way to get to know the people you work with is to stop working together and start playing together.

A particularly HUGE thank you to our 40 amazing volunteers who gave their time, energy and enthusiasm to make it all happen. You ran our Activation Zones, encouraged participants, solved problems, kept things moving and brought the fun. We genuinely couldn’t do it without you! 🙌

To every corporate team, charity and participant who got amongst it, THANK YOU for making our second Melbourne Corporate Challenge so special.

MELBOURNE, YOU WERE SOMETHING SPECIAL! ☀️💛

350 participants. 30+ charities. One glorious Melbourne afternoon. (Seriously, how lucky did we get with that weather?! 😂☀️)

Ice baths, fierce competition, inflatable unicorns and flamingos, and a whole lot of grown-ups remembering how much fun it is to play like kids again.

But the best bit? The connections. The conversations. The laughter. Getting to know your colleagues in a completely different way, all while making a difference for causes that matter.

THIS is a Festival of Purpose. THIS is Wellbeing with Impact.

Linda - One of our amazing volunteers from Melbourne’s very first STRYDE4 Corporate Challenge summed it up beautifully.

We need more opportunities to connect, in person, with real people, doing something that matters.

It’s Friday, so we’re throwing it back to our very first Melbourne Corporate Challenge! 🙌

When do we actually get the chance to stop and spend a couple of hours with the people we work with?

Not in a meeting or talking about work. Just walking, talking, laughing, learning a few new things about each other and apparently, discovering who has some very unexpected strengths (and weaknesses 😂).

Charles Caravousanos, MD of Ray White Northern Beaches, has seen first-hand what happens when a community comes together for STRYDE4.

There’s energy and excitement, but there’s also a reason behind it. Everyone is there supporting a cause that means something to them.

Charles reckons the connection that comes from that is unbelievable.

We reckon he’s onto something. 💛
