My heart sank when I read the tradgic news about Jenni Pratt in the Busselton Times news paper today.
Jenni was my first friend and Pilates client when I startes Formpilates in Busselton. I looked forward to seeing her in my classes on tuesdays and thursdays, she always brightened my day.
My thoughts are with her children, family and friends and everyone within the Busselton Bunbury community. ###

MoveTrainGlow is pleased to offer both Pilates and BarreAttack, both taught by a Physiotherapist. This means that those returning to exercise after having children, injury or time off can start with reconditioning, strength & flexibility at Pilates. Those who want to work hard, sweat, strengthen & tone can head straight to BarreAttack! :) Or try both!!

It is that time already.
Friday 1st of July will be my last day of teaching.
I am sad to say goodbye to everyone. Thank you for your support and friendship over the last 3 years. Everyone has progressed so much and I am very proud of what you have all acheived. Please keep in touch and continue your Pilates journey.
