WE ARE BACK!!
I mean we are now officially back...

Membership integration has now been completed and as of today all temporary memberships will be removed and anyone looking to take part in classes as of tomorrow will need to SIGN UP to a new membership agreement via Ptminder.

Or purchase a 10 pass also via the app.

Everything will run exactly the same as prior to Lockdown.

Please read all terms and conditions before undertaking a membership.

This is the last step for us to get back to normal.

READ CAREFULLY

To all No Quarter Members the gym will be reopening Monday 11th of October.

We have released a new timetable catering to everyone, meeting NSW Health regulations and availability of staff at this time.

Some classes have been removed, some times have been changes and some are temporarily unavailable.
But will become available shortly.

I am sorry for any inconvenience this may cause... I know things have been hard for everyone and I am sorry we cannot offer classes the way we did from the start.

We will be following the health guidelines put forward by NSW Health. The guidelines for gyms is murky at best and I am trying to clarify what they are and will inform you more over the coming days. I can suggest to keep an eye on NSW Heath website if you have concerns.

Access to the gym at this point all memberships have been cancelled and your PTMINDER account has been deactivated

***YOU WILL NEED TO SIGN IN AGAIN***

When you sign back in I will allocate you with a temporary membership.
This membership will allow you to book into classes as before.

But during October classes will be book online and pay as you go.
Classes will be $20 per class to be paid in cash ON THE DAY.

You can still make purchases of 10 passes via the app.

As of November 1st we will be recommending gym regular gym memberships.

To all No Quarter Members



As of Monday i will be unavailable for Personal Training for the foreseeable future.

I will be having shoulder surgery and the recovery time at this point is unknown.
For those who know me know this is something that has impacted me for many years now and it if finally time to get this wing fixed.



Training sessions will still be offered and conducted by our other trainers and can be booked via the PTMINDER app.



***THIS IN NO WAY WILL EFFECT THE GYM REOPENING WHEN THE TIME COMES***

Don’t worry i will be back in action soon enough and throwing punches like never before.

OUTDOOR TRAINING TIMETABLE.

Following with the latest covid safe regulations our trainers and I will be running sessions at Alexandria Oval.

• NUMBERS - 9 participants max.
• SESSIONS - booked via the PTminder app.
• COST - $20 to be paid in cash at the start of the session (memberships suspended during lockdown).
• WHERE - Alexandria Park Basketball Court.
•WHAT TO BRING - Water, towel and gloves for boxing sessions.

*All session information subject to change based on weather conditions*

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Due to the the most recent Covid regulations No Quarter will be closed from the 26th of June until the 2nd of July (to be reassessed by the NSW Government).

All debits will be suspended over this time.

Training will be resuming outdoors as of Monday 28/6.

I will be releasing a temporary timetable for the week.
