A term widely used in Australia. A very hard punch, usually delivered to the head, that is completely unexpected. Most often results in knock outs or knock downs. Viewed upon by most as an act of cowardice.

Would be amusing, if it was not the course of death for 91 fellow Australians since 2013.

When was the last time I had a lesson in "how to prevent an ambush or a fight"?
