Holiday hours!! Please see below for important additional notes

- Saturday 28th Muay Thai class will start at 10AM for the day instead of the usual 9:30AM
- Saturday 28th BJJ session will be an open mat
- Whether BJJ sessions are Gi or NoGi will correspond to our regular schedule which everyone should be accustomed to (i.e. tuesdays no-gi, wednesdays gi etc.)
- For the first work week of the year 02/01- 04/01 we will run a limited schedule with no 7am sessions

As always please check www.opensparring.com/bookings before visiting if you are unsure a session is running

Our Teen MMA program is now LIVE. After school Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training for students aged 12+ travelling through the city. Come learn how to strike, grapple and defend yourself at the best rated martial arts gym in the Sydney CBD.

Our new term will kick off with completely FREE 2 week beginners courses in Muay Thai and BJJ with no obligations. No experience or gear required for your first session. Registrations absolutely necessary to secure your spot (link in bio)

BJJ April 29 Monday 4:30PM
Muay Thai April 30 Tuesday 4:30PM
