Football PT is a Sydney based company offering personal training to individuals and teams. Football PT is not your ordinary football academy; we are football personal trainers! Our personal trainers strive to provide quality training where the individual develops at a rate they are comfortable with. The personal trainer will organise training sessions at your local ground and at a time that suits

you. Players must develop as individuals before they can learn to play as a team, especially at a young age where the emphasis should be solely on individual skill development. In a team environment this is very difficult to achieve, as squad numbers are high. This is why we believe in 1on1 coaching
