Simple but tasty! Grabbed a 6th in pizza last weekend at the Full Throttle Ranch SCA competition. She ain't pretty but the Witt pizza oven cooked it to perfection! Such a great pizza oven! Massive thank you to and for providing this great bit of gear!

Fantastic weekend competing at the festival 2024.

We had a great Sunday ABA with 15th overall
6th beef ribs
13th brisket
9th chicken
22nd pork ribs

cooked the SCA and did amazing!
11th steak A
9th steak B
11th Chicken wings
10th Beef Burger
Proud of you my boy!

Shout out to and for the time spent with us, you guys are awesome!

Great meat, fuel, rubs/sauces and lemonade we used over the weekend (best lemonade)

Congrats GC and RGC, top quality as always guys!

Full Throttle Ranch hosted the 2024 World BBQ Championship and it was an epic weekend. Congrats to all winners!

Smoke in Broke 2024! What a great weekend.
Friday night I entered my first chilli cookoff. GREAT people cooking up some damn good chilli.
Saturdays was off the charts amazing. Steaks burgers, cocktails and wings and too much fun!
Sunday was all focus this comp and results showed a positive change, i can not express how much appreciation I have for the advice given to me by a few of the teams competing this weekend. .unit.bbq

First comp of the year, a little rusty. The GMG shat itself Saturday morning but a quick Bunnings’s run with we had a new built and running hot before team briefing started (the is a fantastic unit). Tired and sore but had a blast. Can’t wait for the next one.
