Job Description:
Are you enthusiastic, energetic, and passionate about working with kids? 👧👦 We’re on the lookout for dynamic coaches to join our team! As a Kids Sports Coach, you'll be the driving force behind engaging sports activities for children aged 2-8 years. 🏀⚽

Key Responsibilities:
📝 Plan and implement fun sports activities tailored to different age groups.
🏅 Provide instruction across a variety of sports.
🤝 Create a positive, inclusive environment that encourages teamwork.
🚸 Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants.
💬 Communicate effectively with parents about their child’s progress.
🛠️ Maintain equipment and ensure it's used safely.
🎯 Motivate and inspire children to achieve their personal best!

Qualifications:
🧒 Previous experience working with children.
🏃‍♀️ A background in sports, teaching, or a passion for fitness and wellbeing.
💬 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
👥 Ability to manage and engage groups of children effectively.
🚑 CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
🎓 Degree/Diploma in Education, Physical Education, or Sports Management (preferred but not essential).
🔍 Background check will be conducted for all potential candidates.

At Playball kids sports, we are proud to support Naidoc Week and celebrate the history, culture and achievements of the First Nations peoples of Australia. 🙌

We believe that sport is a powerful way to connect, learn and respect each other. 🏀🏉⚽️ That’s why we are committed to providing inclusive and fun sports programs for all children, regardless of their background or ability.
