Nah you actually can’t get shredded, build muscle, have the most flexibility & become the strongest MF in the gym right fkn now

You can absolutely have it all (the Weapon Physiques Coaching team is proof of that) just not ALL at once

And the sooner you focus on one thing at a time, the faster you’ll actually start make progress (shocker I know)

Until what makes you happy is training hard and actually changing your physique then suddenly you’re obsessed, vain and “taking it too far”

Self love isn’t just accepting the bare FKN minimum from yourself.

Self love is self respect >>> showing up, doing the work and refusing to settle for less than what you’re capable of.

The women in the gym chasing their physique goals are literally acting WITH self love

Training hard
Fuelling their bodies
Looking after their mind
Protecting their sleep, recovery (and fkn peace)
