also requires Working with Children’s Check
and Police checks for coaches and volunteers. Tournament and league registration
The competition and league creation process reduces
both costs and time by allowing Sports Foyer to verify
players and teams by adding them to the division they are
eligible for. On game day, the Sports Foyer app allows for
fast on field verification by officials and coaches. Team and volunteer Management
Rosters can be automatically or manually assigned with
just a few clicks, and can verify players and volunteers all
in one place. Innovative scheduling
Sports Foyer’s scheduling system covers all needs for all
associations and users. Automated text and email alerts
are sent to participants, and consolidated event
information allows multi-sport athletes to view all their
events in one space. E-Sign waiver management
With an automated and efficient process,
e-sign waivers are emailed out to be
digitally signed and returned to associations;
cutting down time and costs. This feature
also allows the attachment of further
documents to the email where necessary. Verified roster generator
The Roster Creator allows coaches with
verified teams to generate an official roster
in just a few clicks. This will be available for
approval by competition directors. Competitions and leagues can ensure sure
heir rosters are age/grade verified and
coaches can easily create one. Payment processing
Sports Foyer features a responsive payment
service which processes all registration fees
on behalf of all associations, streamlining the
payment process to make it seamless and
assisting with their financial governance. Payment plans are also available, utilising a
pay by month system and a rewards payment
system. This also alleviates financial burdens
