Hi guys,

In June I'm helping Australia mental health. Hope you can support me as I raise awareness for this cause.

I will be performing 3,318 push-ups over 25 days to raise awareness and funds for a cause that I am very passionate about. Mental Health, and in particular kids mental health.

All funds raised will go to the amazing HEADSPACE, which provides mental health services to young people 12-25 online by phone & through headspace centres in metro & regional areas across Australia.

If you have a spare couple of bucks, feel free to donate, if not please have a conversation with your kids or people you know about the importance of talking about how you feel and staying physically and mentally healthy.
