We have applied it to general fitness and every workout is scaled to a level that suits you, regardless of your ability. We aim to optimise physical performance in ALL the elements of fitness rather than isolating individual muscle groups. We want to produce ‘complete’ athletes who are prepared not only for the unknown but for the unknowable.

This program is specifically designed for serious athletes looking to gain essential strength in the off-season . It will be run under the close supervision of experienced coaches with attention to detail and a focus on technique within a periodised program. It’s easy to be consumed with negative and exaggerated media so minimise it. Sorround yourself with like minded people who enjoy group exercise and a coffee to match. I’ve had the privilege of being able to participate in Bootcamp, CrossFit, C4, Oly Lifting, Boxing and more as well as observe our clients partake in over 60 group classes per week. In the coming weeks (April 2nd) We will open a Pilates studio in Parramatta with over 50 timetabled classes per week. This is based on our client feedback.

My biggest challenge will not be reviewing the Pilates Parramatta program, it will be participating in the Reformer Pilates classes. I’m not sure if Lycra and crop tops will suit me. It’s a new era at Rush Hour and the best way to experience the skill and creativity of our wonderful Pilates instructors: Jade, Carmelle, Chloe and Sarina is to attend a trial or simply sign up and ‘join the addiction’.
