Learned this one from Dan Martell and it changed the game for me.

In order to attract amazing, badass people, you need to have an amazing, badass vision.

I’ve had to move from hiring contractors and doers. To hiring leaders and A players. People who can galvanise teams, who are very skilled, who LOVE the business and completely own their role.

To attract these people, you have to level up too.
