ANNOUNCEMENT

Limitless Lifting Penrith is now

It's been an incredible, rewarding and challenging 18 months as Limitless Lifting, including being forced to close for 4 months.

I started Limitless to help as many people I could to get the benefits and joy out of lifting as what I had.

I've personally been a part of the
family as a member for over 5 years and have enjoyed it immensely.

When asked if I wanted to join him and in the new Adonis Athletics Penrith, I beleive that we have an opportunity to achieve what I've been looking to do since I started.

Adonis is one of the biggest powerlifting, strongman and weightlifting clubs and I want to continue to grow it.

I am extremely grateful for everyone who's supported, visited, competed and called Limitless home. You are all the reason that I've been doing this and want to continue to.

It's been a blast. Onto the next thing and I hope it continues to get bigger and better.

Another amazing day for the Western Sydney Open Powerlifting Competition 22.1, the last as .lifting and the first as the new 24:7 Strength&Conditioning Gym]

Firstly, an INCREDIBLE thanks to the crew of volunteers that helped out todaytrees, , , , , , ,

Powerlifting comps rely on volunteers to run and these people show up and help all the time.

Secondly, to the coaches, friends and family who came to support. I've been to a lot of comps and I was absolutely BLOWN AWAY by the response from people wanting to come and watch, both in person and via the streams.

And to the lifters. An absolute show today. Thank you for coming and putting it all on the platform.

I hope all those that came to their first event today, lifters, coaches and spectators, enjoyed themselves and will come back to compete or support again.

Registrations are open for the Western Sydney Open Powerlifting Competition 22.1, 5th March 2022

Powerlifting competition open to all lifters at any level

This competition is open to:
- a novice lifter looking for their first competition
- anyone looking to get on the platform

Details:
- 3 Lift (squat, bench & deadlift), Bench only, Deadlift only and Push Pull
- Modified CAPO rules (2 hour weigh in, combo rack, 25kg squat bar and deadlift bar)
- Weigh in from 7am
- Lifting starts from 9am
- No approved equipment required
- Federation membership not required
- Limited to 48 lifters

This event will be run in line with any current government requirements.
