Hey Everyone,

Just a quick reminder that classes are still running as normal next Monday June 8th - the King’s Birthday Public Holiday.

However the following Tues- Thurs (9th -11th June) our Wetherill Park Branch would be closed.

Please if this affects your membership let us know so we can pause your account. Otherwise feel free to train at the Cabramatta Branch.

Tumbling Juniors has been going absolute BONKERS this year ! ✨💥 This video is only a highlight of the awesome moves our student unlocked in the first four months of the year, but all credit goes to everything off screen - the sweat, the tears, the fails , have all lead to these moments. Thank you parents for cheering your kids on and driving them here. To the tumbling coaches Willcocks, William and Mike who have been guiding and motivating the kids to reach their potential. 💪✨

Whether you joined us this morning for our Mother’s Day workout yesterday or not ~ today we celebrate YOU. The early mornings, late nights, school runs, packed lunches, endless support, and sacrifices you make every single day do not go unnoticed.

Thank you for giving your children the opportunity to train, grow, and become stronger both on and off the mats with us. Your love, effort, and dedication are the foundation behind every confident smile, every achievement, and every step forward they take. We are sooo grateful to be apart of your children’s lives !

To all the super mums balancing everything while still showing up for your families — we appreciate you more than words can say ❤️

🚨 IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT 🚨

Due to “safety concerns”… Alpha Unit will officially be removing ALL kicks from our curriculum effective immediately.

No more roundhouses.
No more hook kicks.
No more fun 😔

From now on, classes will focus on:
✔️ Walking drills
✔️ Light stretching
✔️ Respectful handshakes 🤝

Thank you for understanding during this transition.
